28 students of Kabami Secondary School in Murorora Sub County, Kisoro District are nursing injuries after a vehicle they were travelling in overturned as they went to a football match.
The nasty accident on Wednesday at around midday at Nyakabingo along Murora-Kisoro town road when a FUSO Tipper registration number UAQ 034L failed to negotiate a corner and overturned several times.
The Tipper was reportedly carrying over 50 students including players heading to Kisoro town to take part in the ongoing District Copa Coca Cola football competitions.

Elly Matte, the Kigezi region police spokesperson says the injured are currently nursing severe wounds at Mutolere Hospital in Kisoro.
The yet to be identified driver reportedly took to his heels and is currently in hiding, according to Elly Matte and that the wreckage of the vehicle was towed to Kisoro Police station.
