Tamale Mirundi Blasts Namboole Bosses Over Kyarenga Concert

Tamale Mirundi issued a scathing attack at Namboole Stadium management for frustrating singer Bobi Wine a.k.a name Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi’s Kyarenga concert.

The much anticipated concert was to take place on 9th November 2018 after rescheduling it from 20th October 2018. But the stadium management went against their word after concerns from Federation of Uganda football Association (FUFA), owing to the fact that the stadium playing surface may be ravaged by the revellers that grace the concert.

But according to the motor-mouthed Mirundi, it’s a shame that the stadium has denied access to the singer-turned Museveni nemesis, saying they have politicized the issue.
Appearing on a talk show, Mirundi boldly said Namboole Stadium is being governed by the ‘Mafia’ whose mission is to shame the government.

Mirundi also said that if the motive for calling off concert is genuine, holding events at the giant soccer arena should wholesomely be banned.

“What is the difference between Bobi Wine’s concert and the crusades by city pastors that use the same venue and why are they banning the Kyarenga concert of all activities that take place in Namboole?” Mirundi fumed.
However, the tough talking Mirundi gave a thumbs up to Bobi for urging Ugandans not to boycott Uganda Cranes matches, saying the impasse is between the stadium officials and himself but not the Cranes.
