Swangz Avenue hot item, Vinka has landed a duet with Nigerian dancehall star, Ketchup for the remix of her 2018 mega hit, ‘Chips na Ketchup’.
The song, arguably Vinka’s best 2018 song equally passes to be the Muyenga based record label’s song of the year.
The song is still gaining massive airplay on different media houses both radio and TV alike while its video has been viewed 1.4million times on YouTube.
The video is so dope that it won Vinka the Most stylish video of the year award at the just recently held ASFA2018 awards.
Now, Nigerian dancehall maestro, Ketchup landed into the country to work on the remix to the song with the Ugandan diva, in what is expected to be a super hit once completed.
The two artistes are holed up at Rouge entertainment studios in Bunga, working overtime to ensure that the song is released as soon as it is ready.
Uganda’s finest producer and songwriter, Yese Oman Rafiki and another superb entity Eli Arkis are producing the song. Now you can see we are talking about a serious project.
This is not the first time that Onyido Nkemjika alias Ketchup is working with a Ugandan artiste. Years ago, he partnered Ugandan music doctor, Jose Chameleone on the remix of “Pam Pam” and later partnered top Dancehall queen, Cindy Ssanyu in ‘Push back’
